How far ahead should I request the transfer?
Andeor's current selling policy requires at least 36 hours before a scheduled departure. This is a minimum, not a guarantee of availability. Enquire earlier where possible so landing access, baggage and any assistance arrangements can be assessed before you commit.
Can children or passengers needing assistance travel?
Eligibility, infant arrangements, accessibility suitability and equipment acceptance require case-specific confirmation from the flight partner. Tell us who is travelling and what support or equipment is needed so those requirements can be coordinated before booking.
What should I do if my incoming airline flight changes?
Contact us promptly with the revised flight details. We can coordinate a review of the onward arrangement with our flight partner. A replacement departure is not guaranteed; any revised plan depends on operational availability and the terms of your booking.
