Why individual weights matter

Passenger and baggage weights are checked because the operator needs them to assess the aircraft’s load and balance. A party’s headcount alone does not answer that question, and a group average does not replace individual information.

This is operational planning, not a judgment about anyone’s body. Seating is also an operational decision, so neither a private booking nor a particular passenger weight can secure a front or window seat.

Prepare the details privately

Weigh each passenger and each packed bag rather than relying on old figures or estimating lower. Record the units clearly and keep passenger entries separate from baggage entries. Note the number of bags and identify any bulky or specialist equipment, not just its weight.

Send this record through the approved private booking channel, not in a public comment or a group message that exposes another traveller’s details. A group organiser can collect information individually before passing it to Andeor.

Choose a circuit with realistic luggage plans

Andeor offers, through its partner, private and shared Bel Ombre waterfall circuits of approximately 15 minutes, plus an approximately 35-minute shared airport waterfall circuit. Use the selected listing’s current party limit; hiring a helicopter privately does not establish a separate baggage allowance.

The airport circuit returns to the airport. It is not an airport-to-hotel transfer, and hotel and land transfers are excluded. If you will have holiday suitcases with you, tell us while planning the booking so a suitable baggage plan can be coordinated before departure day.

Plan transfers and equipment together

For a helicopter transfer, provide your actual origin and destination, date, party details and baggage record. These services require prior arrangements, operator-approved landing arrangements and a tailored quote. Access to a particular hotel is not automatic.

We can arrange separate ground transport for hotel or activity journeys. This does not make it part of the flight’s price or duration. For golf outings, golf bags cannot travel onboard and need ground carriage. Other equipment, including mobility aids, requires case-specific acceptance.

Report changes before departure

Tell us promptly if a traveller is replaced, a passenger’s recorded weight changes, or you add, remove or repack baggage. Send the revised details through the approved private channel and identify what has changed. Even when the passenger count stays the same, the original information may no longer describe the load.

Andeor will coordinate the update with the operator. Acceptance of the revised party and baggage remains subject to operator confirmation.

Allow time for operational confirmation

Andeor’s current selling policy requires booking at least 36 hours before scheduled departure. Submit weight and baggage information early enough for coordination, particularly when equipment or a transfer is involved.

Andeor staff coordinate passenger details, operator arrangements, tickets and day-before confirmation. Payment alone does not establish that the operator’s e-ticket is ready. Follow the final meeting instructions for your trip; flights also remain subject to weather and operational factors.

What baggage allowance applies to my flight?

Capacity and baggage acceptance depend on the selected offer and operator confirmation. Send Andeor the actual number and weight of your bags, plus details of bulky items, so your booking can be checked against the planned load.

Can I give one combined weight for our group?

Provide each passenger’s weight separately, with baggage recorded separately too. A single group total does not give the operator the individual information needed for load planning.

Can Andeor arrange transport for luggage that cannot fly?

We can arrange separate ground transfers and help coordinate baggage carriage. Share the collection point, destination, date and luggage details so the arrangements and cost can be confirmed.
