Decide whether everyone wants a sightseeing circuit or transport between two places. The current private Bel Ombre circuit is approximately 15 minutes and returns to its departure base. A hotel transfer or tailored charter needs a separate assessment and quote. Do not buy a circuit on the assumption that it can become a one-way journey.
Check the whole-group price and capacity
Read the current listing for the fare and maximum party size. Compare a private whole-aircraft price with the total number of shared seats your party would need. Do not assume that adding another person is possible just because there appears to be a spare seat. Actual passenger details and operational arrangements still need confirmation.
Collect details through one coordinator
Agree who will communicate with Andeor and distribute the final instructions. Prepare accurate names, relevant ages, passenger weights and baggage details through the approved private channels. Ask participants to report changes promptly. A single clear record helps prevent conflicting versions of the group arriving at the meeting point.
Assess larger groups before promising a shared schedule
If your group exceeds the offer’s limit, explain the full requirement to Andeor. Separate flights, aircraft or sequences cannot be presumed available. Any proposed split needs confirmation of timings, group allocation and ground arrangements. A private booking does not establish simultaneous departures or a choice of every seat.
Coordinate the whole outing
Confirm where everyone meets and whether any ground transport is included or separately arranged. Allow for the final reporting instructions rather than planning only around flight time. Keep the remainder of the day flexible for operational changes, and make sure every participant receives the confirmed plan rather than an early draft.

No. It applies within the limit and conditions of the current offer, with passenger arrangements subject to confirmation.
Can we split a large party across helicopters?
Ask us for an assessed proposal. Fleet availability, timings and simultaneous operation cannot be assumed.
Can the coordinator estimate everyone’s weight?
Collect accurate information from each passenger through the appropriate private process. Do not deliberately understate or reuse outdated figures.
